His commitment to learning reflected his desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
In his professional life, Allen excelled as a supervisor at Liquidation Warehouse Canada, where he thoughtfully engaged with his colleagues and encouraged a team spirit that fostered happiness and productivity in the workplace. Yet, it was in his personal life where he truly shined the brightest. Allen cherished the precious moments spent with his wife, Charlaine Bautista, and their daughter, Allena Brielle Bautista. He adored the simple joys of life, whether it was playing basketball, dining out, or soaking up the sun near the water. Allen's presence was a gift to his family and a source of comfort and strength for his mother, Alma Bautista, and his extended family and friends, which includes his aunt, Precy Pimentel, his grandmother, Linda Pimentel, his father in-law Francisco Salanga Jr. his mother in-law Hydeilita Blanca Panelo, his sister in-law Hardy Picar, his brother in-law Ceasar Picar, and his brother in-law Nap Jhudei Salanga. His work family Nadeem Zidan, Rawan Mashh and Amina Rimawi.
