Angelantonio (Antonio) Panacci

February 12, 1937 — September 7, 2024

It is with heavy hearts and loving memories that we announce the passing of Angelantonio (Antonio) Panacci, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend born on February 12, 1937, in Frosinone, Italy, Antonio graced this world for 87 wonderful years before departing on September 7, 2024, in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Antonio spent his career as a dedicated member of Local 675, where his craftmanship as a drywall installer showcased not only his skill, but also his unwavering commitment to his craft. Each wall he framed spoke of his pride and diligence, yet it was the embrace of his family that he builds his true legacy.

His legacy is beautifully woven through the love he shared with his family, including his devoted wife of 66 years, Lionella, who was his steadfast partner in all of life’s journeys. Together, they built a life filled with warmth and affection, celebrating each joyous moment, and supporting one another through every challenge. He is lovingly remembered by his son John and daughter-in-law Luisa, who carry his values and spirit in their lives. Antonio took great pride in his family, and his heart swelled with joy for his granddaughter, Amanda, whose achievements, and laughter brought him endless happiness. He embraced the role of a doting grandfather, bringing light and wisdom to her life, creating lasting memories and stories and nurturing love. His dedication to family extended to his siblings, who he held close in spirit: late Constantino(Maria), late Giulia (late Gino), and Vincenza(late Benedetto). His parents, Loredo and Francesca, shaped the values that guided him throughout his life.

In his spare time, Antonio delighted in gardening, woodworking, and birdwatching. His hobbies were not just pastimes; they were passions that brought him peace and fulfillment, allowing him to connect with nature and the world around him. The beauty he cultivated in his garden reflected the kindness and love his cultivated in his heart. Antonio leaves behind a legacy of hard work, and family values that will continue to resonate within the lives he touched. His spirit will linger in the hearts of those who knew him, inspiring all to cherish the moments spent with loved ones and to cultivate their own gardens of joy.
