Anna Di Pasquale (née Di Giovanni) 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, and friend, Anna Di Pasquale (née Di Giovanni), who passed away peacefully in her home on February 14, 2025, at the age of 88. On St. Valentine’s Day, her late husband, Donato Di Pasquale, called her home to be with him once more, reunited in eternal love. 

Born on March 10, 1936, in Roccamorice, Pescara, Italy, Anna lived a life of strength, kindness, and unwavering faith. She was a devoted sister, a cherished aunt, and a treasured friend to many. Her warmth, resilience, and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her. 

Anna is survived by her loving brothers: Cesidio Di Giovanni (wife Iolanda), Donato Di Giovanni (wife Maria), Francesco Di Giovanni (wife Livia), and Natalino Di Giovanni (wife Maria Lucia); and her sisters: Concetta Di Giovanni in Palumbo (husband Cesidio) and Caterina Di Giovanni in Di Millo (husband Bartolomeo). She is predeceased by her dear sister, Lucia Di Giovanni, and her beloved parents, Antonio Di Giovanni and Elizabetta D'Alimonte in Di Giovanni. 

She also leaves behind a large and loving extended family, including many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, all of whom will miss her deeply and hold her memory in their hearts. 

Anna’s life was marked by her kindness, faith, and deep love for her family. Her legacy of compassion and strength will live on in those who were blessed to have known her. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Westminster Cemetery, 5826 Bathurst Street, North York. 

A Funeral Service and Entombment will take place on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:30 AM at the same location. 

In lieu of flowers, donations to Lung Cancer Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated in Anna’s memory. 

Though she has left this world, her love, wisdom, and kindness will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, dear Anna.
