Antonio Paterno

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Antonio “Tony” Paterno, on Saturday September 9, 2023, at the age of 71. Antonio leaves behind his loving wife of 46 years Liliana. Beloved father to Santo (Julie), Joey (Angela) and Lisa. Dear nonno to Ally, Leo, and Victoria. Cherished brother to Salvatore “Sam” (Lidia). Antonio has now been reunited with his parents Santo and Luisa Paterno, as well his brother Giovanni “John”. He will always be remembered by his nieces and nephews.

Antonio will always be remembered for his charismatic, loving, and welcoming nature. His family will continue his legacy by keeping his kindhearted spirit alive.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family invites you to come celebrate his life and share memories with them on Wednesday, September 13 from 4-8pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster on Thursday, September 14 at 10:00am with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
