Domenico Gimondo

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Domenico Gimondo from Siderno Superiore in Calabria, Italy. He passed away peacefully on October 13th 2024 with his family by his side. In 1967 at the young age of 17, Domenico migrated to Canada in search of a better life. As a result of his work ethic, determination and love of life, Domenico was able to support a strong family and nourish a marriage of 49 years. Domenico was known by all for his sense of humor, positive outlook and genuine concern for the well being of others. His spirit will live on in all those who were fortunate to know and love him. Loving husband to Angela, beloved father to his children Immacolata and Francesco and proud Nonno of his grandchildren Mariangela, Bianca and Angelina.
