Donata Cocuzzo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donata Cocuzzo, beloved mother, grandmother, and a great-grandmother, who left us on September 13, 2024, in North York, Ontario, Canada. Donata was born on October 21, 1929, in San Donato Val Di Comino, Frosinone, Italy. Donata lived a life dedicated to her family. She was the beloved wife of late Loreto Cocuzzo and a proud mother of Luigi (Lina), Duilia (Peter), Dalia (Jerry), and Laura (Fernando). Her grandchildren – Robert, Stefanie (Nick), and Krista (Chad),and she delighted in the arrival of her great-grandchild Madison. 

Donata will forever be remembered as a beacon of light in the lives of her family. As we bid farewell, let us carry her spirt with us, a tapestry of love woven through the cherished memories she left behind.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Donata to Canadian Cancer or Alzheimer Society of Canada

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Wednesday September 18, 2024 at 11:00am until the commencement of the service at 1:00pm with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
