Giovanna Panigas

Giovanna Panigas, born in Pederobba, Treviso, Italy, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2022, at her home in the Richview Retirement Centre in Maple, Ontario. Giovanna is survived by her loving husband, Davide, and grateful sons, John (Roxie) and Lou (Angela). Nonna will be greatly missed by the joys of her life, grandchildren Michael (Fay), Jennifer (Omar), Bianca (Michael), Jonathan, and Alexander, and great-grandchildren Valentina, Mason, Madelina, Liliana, Gia, Liam, Jack, and Nora.

All of us will miss the beautiful smile and the limitless reservoir of love Giovanna shared. Her greatest joy was her family, and she taught us all to love fiercely and honestly. Through her touch, Giovanna made all of us better by just knowing her.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side) on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11:30am. with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum.
