Giuseppa Valvano

It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Giuseppa on December 27, 2022, at Humber River Hospital at the age of 97. Reunited with her beloved husband Carmine and dear son Vince. Loving mother of Domenica (late Carmelo) and the late Vince (Vicki). Proud Nonna of Umberto, Rosanna (Luigi), Carmen (Cecilia), Josie and Carmine. Cherished bisnonna of Tiana, Milana, Gabriele, Sebastian, Olivia and Joseph. Predeceased by her sisters Rosa and Angela, and survived by Maria (Michele), and Elmerinda. Giuseppa will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of her many extended family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Friday, December 30, 2022, from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westminster on Saturday, December 31 at 10:00 a.m. with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum.
