Kenneth Wayne Hagerman

With incredibly heavy hearts, the family of Kenneth Wayne Hagerman announce his passing at Guelph Memorial hospital on May 20^th, 2024 at the age of 77 after a courageous battle with an illness. Beloved husband to the late Sheryl, proud father to Steven (Serena) Hagerman, loving grandfather to Sage and Sean Hagerman, devoted brother to Roselee (Ted) Soyka, Cheryl (Gord) Sellers and Richard (Ricky) Hagerman, brother in law and guardian to Linda Hardy. Ken always tried to stay busy, even after retirement, even when his aches tried to slow him down.  He was a true handyman, he loved to tinker, at home or especially away at the cottage, always taking things apart and putting them back together again. Kens vast set of tools never stopped growing.  

Ken was an incredibly proud family man remembered for his fierce loyalty, unbound kindness and gentle spirit whose unrelenting love for his family and friends and perpetual optimistic humour will be forever sorely missed.  

A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Monday June 3^rd between 11:00am and 1:00pm at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre,  5826 Bathurst St, North York, ON M2R 1Y6.  In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to one of Kens favorite charities, Sick Kids Foundation and Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
