Ming Zhang

Ming Zhang passed away on September 11th at 9pm with his beloved family and friends by his side. Before his life in Canada, he worked as an economist in Beijing. In order to provide a better life for his family, he immigrated here and pursued a new career in Software Development at the age of 40. 

Ming was very devoted to his family. Although he lives far from his two sisters, who are both in China, he never forgets about them and would take them and their families on vacations around Europe. After retiring, he loved to play Mahjong with his wife, and her brother-in-law.

Ming lived a very active lifestyle. Even though he had heart surgery 15 years ago, he continued to live life to the fullest and never missed his daily workout. His way of life taught his family the true value of hard work and discipline. In his final moments before his operation, he told his son to take good care of his wife and newborn grandson. We will miss him dearly.
