Salvina Ciarleglio

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Salvina Ciarleglio (nee Capolongo), a beloved daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend. Salvina peacefully departed from this world on July 24, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.

Salvina was born on July 26, 1974, in Toronto to Michela and Giuseppe Capolongo. From an early age, she exhibited a passion for the arts, often losing herself in the world of painting and writing which only fueled her boundless imagination. She continued this passion into her adulthood with her many projects and creative ideas. 

As a mother, Salvina was a pillar of strength and wisdom, always offering her guidance and support to her Mikayla. She loved her with an unconditional and unwavering devotion that knew no bounds. Salvina's role as a mother brought an added depth to her creativity, as she found immense joy and inspiration in creating and crafting with her daughter.

Salvina was a devoted wife to Nick, who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, relishing in each other's company during long walks, cozy evenings at home playing board games. 

She will always be cherished by her mother Michela, and her Nonna Rosa. Salvina's memory will forever be cherished by her brother Domenic (Katia), her sister-in-law Lina Ianni (Tore), brothers-in-law Tony (Rose), Giovanni (Denise), her many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and of course her dog Luna.   

Visitation is set for Saturday July 29, 2023, at Westminster Funeral and Reception Center from  9 :30AM to 10:30 AM followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM. Entombment  to take place at 11 AM.
