Vasile Partila

It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Vasile Partila on January 26, 2023, in Toronto, at the age of 84. Beloved and devoted husband of 55 years to Ada. Loving father of Doru and proud grandfather of Sophia. Dear brother of Dochia, Iuliana, Pavel and Ion. Cherished uncle to many nephews and nieces. Vasile (Sile) will be deeply missed and held dear in the hearts of his great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and friends from all over the world. He will be lovingly remembered for his perseverance, business sense, generosity, gardening, wine-making, story telling and laughter.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, the 1st day of February, 2023, from 13:00 until the commencement of the Funeral Service at 14:00 with burial to follow at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum.
