Vito Scavuzzo

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful father, Vito Scavuzzo on October 12, 2023. Almost a year after the passing of his wife Maria of 66 years. Daughters Vicky (Scott), Mela, grandchildren, Melissa, Shawn (Andrea), Alexander (Stephanie), Andrew (Loretta), Anthony, great grandchildren, Matteo (predeceased), Serena and Aria. Nieces, nephews and friends.

Dad was strong, hard working and maybe a little bit stubborn. He always worked so hard to take care of his family. You may never have found him cooking in the kitchen but you could always find him in his garden. That was his happy place and he had a green thumb like nobody else. He could grow zucchini’s the size of an adult. And more cherry tomatoes than any one person needed.

Dad, we will miss you so very much but take comfort knowing you are no longer in pain and once again reunited with our wonderful mother.
